I FINALLY got my scanner to cooperate so I'll post the doodle diary I did for September. I haven't been able to do too much lately with the move but here it is. This was for the Blue Haze yahoo group swap.
Hi Gina, I'm Cathie. I am also new to Carolina Mixed Media Artists. I live in Raleigh. Came across your link on the CMMA post this morning. So happy to meet you. Looks like we have quite a bit in common. I am also a mom of two - one boy one girl, and two male corgis! I am into watercolor and fibers of all kinds! I do look forward to meeting you soon. Maybe we could get together for coffee and a shopping excursion (at Jerry's or another fabulous art store!)
I do love your journaling here. That is something I am just gearing up to do. I've always loved beautiful art journals and have so many things I'd like to journal about - my art, my kids, gardening, etc., the list is huge but I have no clue as to getting started. Maybe you could give me some tips! Again, I look forward to meeting you in person. Cathie
